I just made it on Microsoft Publisher. This is only a jpeg of the file, but yeah I guess it is digitally made.

It's just two triangles, and the two TARDIS pictures. The 'bad wolf' text is a bunch of individual words that I changed the transparency on and then arranged so they fit the triangle. It would look better if I had done it with InDesign from the Adobe CS6 suite but I don't have that program.
